We ship around the world. So your package will be safely delivered to you wherever you’re. All orders are traceable, and shipping costs (including delivery duties) are determined at checkout.
If you receive a defective product, please let us know at irene@cerventes74@yahoo.com with an attached photo of the defective piece as well as the invoice. We will provide a replacement for the product. However, please make sure to return it within a day of receiving the product.
We suggest getting a small sample (travel size) of a product to ensure it works well for your skin. All samples are available on the product page. Visit our ‘Help’ page to learn more about how to order samples.
If you change your mind, contact us via the Contact Us page as soon as possible. As long as it is within 30 days of your order, we will either cancel your order or allow you to return your things. Please note that you will be liable for the return costs if your product has already been dispatched.
Preservatives are required to keep the product safe. However, we do not employ any harsh parabens in our preservation method. Instead, we use synthetic preservatives as little as possible.
Most of our products have a shelf life of more than eight months when stored correctly in a cool, dark place. If you do not use the product immediately, we recommend keeping it in the refrigerator to keep it fresh.
